The detail provided to you will enable you to make the right technical decisions for increasing your shooting percentage up to 90%, and from 90% to 98% is a craw. Beyond 98%, is done by faith and focus and concentration. With only 2 percent error, you have to understand why you missed those 2 in 100, and how to adjust. This can be done using data analytics, your guide to perfection. The technology of your shot has to be perfect. Your shot must sub-maximize power, possess kinetics, and pump while your body is perfectly aligned and balanced through ball release. However, you have to collect that day for your shot. Everyone’s shot is different, but similar in multiple ways.

Only one man has demonstrated this at the free throw line. How did he do it? He enhanced his ability to focus and concentrate by using data analytics to study ball flight while shooting, which requires focus, focus, focus, …., and evaluation. We call this our FCE score.

In October of 2023, I asked the Lord what was His purpose for connecting me with the World’s Greatest free throw shooter, and what did I miss. By ‘Miss’ I meant, what significant thing in my understanding of shooting a basketball did I not understand. Amberry said he taught me the entire process of making every free throw, but I did not get the results he achieved. I got my answer about 3 days later. The Lord from heaven downloaded memory’s of Amberry explaining how ball flight in previous shots influence your current miss. Then the Lord provided me the solution that Amberry got from shooting 500 per workout. The 500 shot workouts enabled him to look at misses over multiple workouts, quantify them, and identify their root cause. I got up to 98% consecutive makes in workout in two seasons, and between 95 and 97% in two seasons, but I never focused on the root cause of my misses. They appeared random without the data.

Data analytics enable you to identify root cause for missed shots over multiple work outs. Then you are able to make data driven decisions to correct them. Since your shot generally breaks down from certain points, you incorporate adjusted techniques into your shot pocket that help avoid the misses from occurring. These may include, in my case, how I apply pressure to the basketball, while secured in my shot pocket. Or how I cock my assist hand wrist concluding my pump when returning the ball near my face, or simply how I catch the ball concluding a dribble series during the process of a free throw.

Shooting Assessment and Evaluation (Free Throw Shooting Special $499)

• Audio Video record your player shooting 100 consecutive free throws, set shots, jump shots, or hook shots. Use the shooting classification system to record how each shot enters the basket. Set the camera behind the player on their guide arm side, if using a tripod. Also, record the player shooting 5 of the same type of shots from their front, by setting tripod up on the baseline.
• Heighten the camera so that both the player, basket, and flight of the ball are simultaneously in view while the player shoots.
